We hired Jeff Kerstetter on short notice for a 15 year long custody case and he was fantastic. Responsive to all communication, knowledgeable in all aspects of family law and helped us get a great outcome. The other party left the court room that day in total frustration as both of their motions were denied!

Needing to hire a lawyer can be a bit scary. Luckily, Jeff understands your needs, will outline the process, and guide you through, step-by-step. I appreciate that he communicates via email and is there when I need him. I can’t recommend him enough.

Mr. Kerstetter (Jeffery) is not one of the best attorney's I've ever dealt with he is THE BEST ATTORNEY I've ever dealt with & I've been represented by some of the most expensive attorney's in South Jersey. He knows NJ law inside & out like no ones business. Plus he's a REALLY decent individual on top of it to boot!! If you want to win whatever your case is, and who doesn't, then call this attorney and have the odds ON YOUR SIDE. My custody case originated in DE, November of 2012. In July of 2015 we got a final decision. In August 2015 there was a bump in the road that led us to PA, where the other party moved to. It later found it's way into NJ when I moved to be closer to family. After one consultation, emails back and forth to bring him up to speed with the case and one morning in court (not to mention, I'm sure, many hours behind the scenes), Mr. Kerstetter was able to bring this case to justice! Before the hearing Mr. Kertetter introduced himself to the other party. After the judge made her ruling, the other party was a little rattled and Mr. Kerstetter approached him and assured him we were all on the same page and we would make sure that everything worked out in the best interest of the child. Mr. Kerstetter is the definition of professionalism in all aspects of the word! I'm sure this case will see many more days in court and I will be sure to call on Mr. Kerstetter to represent me and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else!!! Rebekah

Jeff exemplifies honesty and integrity, after dealing with so many sub-par lawyers prior to finding him I thought those attributes were completely lacking in this profession! Jeff quoted me a flat price and refused to charge me a cent more...even though the case went to court and he spent far more hours on the case than he was paid for. He brought me a victory saving me thousands of dollars a month from a bogus alimony order. He went above and beyond putting me in touch with a solid P.I. that gathered great info for my case. He is also very knowledgeable about dealing with military issues and what rights we have. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. You would be hard pressed to find a more honest, harder working, and effective lawyer than Jeff.
