This man is truly the best attorney around. 2 dui a shoplifting and a driving on suspended...not to mention all the other driving violations. I was hoping to maybe beat one dui. Robert depersia beat them both. And the shoplifting dismissed. Still have driving on suspended open but I'm very confident in him. He has truly exceeded expectations and has gone above and beyond. He has saved me from 180 days in jail and about 15k in fines. I don't know how he does it but he always comes through. I would never even consider hiring a different attorney.
