Ken Aita was able to help me out with my issues and was very straight forward with it. An honest and fair man, some one who doesn’t beat around the bushes. And about the service? He called me right away after emailing him my issue and problem. Other lawyers took about a week to get back to me. I have found my new lawyer for future cases. Mr Amazing. Unfortunately I do have experience with other lawyers. Mr DePersia walked out of the prosecutor's office with a deal I would have expected if we had a full trial. I believe he could have had the same results with a trial but a trial would not have had better results. The cost was a tenth of what a trial would be.The cost was less than what I was charged by another attorney in 1999. Don't tell him I said that. Next time I need a lawyer he may charge me the going rate. It's not easy finding a good lawyer. Many are cons that completely change after you give them a retainer. Mr DePersia delivered and put a very bad motor experience behind me. Thank you.
