I was referred to Mr. Depersia based off of multiple people’s opinions of just watching him in court!! Never having to hire him themselves, they told me he is a “beast in the courtroom”. I am so happy I made the phone call to Mr. Depersia, who took what seemed to be an impossible situation to come out of and turned it into the best possible outcome! Thank you Robert Depersia!

Update 11/4/2023: Mr. DePersia and I went out my final court date yesterday. I was extremely nervous due to the fact I wasn't sure if the judge was going to work with us. But once again Mr. DePersia came through and got me a better outcome then I could have asked for. A lot of serious charges and zero jail time. I can't recommend him enough. If you need legal help, cal his office. Also, Sally, his secretary at his office is absolutely sweet and wonderful to deal with. All around a great experience for a bad situation. Mr. DePersia is the best lawyer I could have asked for. In my twenties I made countless bad decisions due to active addiction. When I got clean, Reality hit HARD. I reached out to Mr. DePersia through email giving him a detailed list of what I was up against. DUI, possession, driving while suspended, etc. I went to his office to discuss my cases, he was very honest but hopeful. Between February 2023 and July 2023 we went from court to court, all with EXCELLENT outcomes. No jail time, which was my main concern. Life happens, people make mistakes, and calling Mr. DePersia was the best thing I could have done for myself.

Unless you have been there yourself, no one understands the emotions people face following arrest for DUI. Grateful no one was hurt, stupidity for getting behind the wheel after drinking, anxiety wondering what the outcome would be. These emotions don't come once, but over and over even after the punishment has been served. No one can change the action of driving under the influence; all we can do is be a better person moving forward. Calling Mr. Depersia to represent me was one of the hardest calls I've ever had to make, but while we spoke, I felt like a person again, not some horrible person. That being said, Mr. Depersia had me come to his office and explain every detail of how the process could go. He was factual but understanding of my feelings. Although I felt his disappointment, I didn't feel like a number to him, but a person that made a very bad decision. I hope no one ever has to make that call I made to Mr. DePersia, but if you need to, I would highly recommend Mr. DePersia to be that person standing by your side when the judge comes to call.

Great attorney. Was able to get my traffic ticket dismissed

I had a serious major car accident for the first time in life and received 2 tickets with fines and 4 points total. I called multiple lawyers to find out how they would handle my case but I didn’t know who I had to trust at the end. As a relatively new resident in this area, I felt hopeless, depressed, and nervous after the car accident and didn’t know who I called for help.
