So first I want to start off by saying that I realize people can be skeptical of reviews but I assure you this is honest and real! Mr.Depersia doesn't make promises or tell you what he thinks may happen, he keeps it real until he has answers, facts etc. I was in a serious situation regarding extensive amount of tickets and points. It could have been jail time and about $8000 in fines and surcharges etc. There are cheaper lawyers , don't waste your money ...I am a tough critic but I highly recommend him! The deal he made was beyond a home run for me and my family! Thank you!

First off I should start by saying I'm not really one for leaving reviews...but I had to leave one for Mr. DePersia. I cannot recommend enough and if there were 10 stars I would leave it. Our meeting was fortuitous in that he overheard the charges I was facing when I was called back to speak with prosecutor...he was in the back with a another client. I had prior representation that took my money and didnt do a great job...but he was kind enough to take the time to pull me aside and explain to me what I was facing when he didn't have to. I asked for his card and long story short he was able to get my charges dismissed. He will shoot you straight. Many attorneys will overpromise and under deliver...not the case with Mr. DePersia. Don't waste anymore time searching for a lawyer...it ends here. I promise you..he's the guy to give you the best representation you can find. Thank you again Mr. DePersia for helping me out. He does this on the regular...but for me the outcome should've been impossible and yet he found a way. Attorneys should be measured by results...and he's the best at what he does.
