Absolutely wonderful experience with Richard Swartz! I had 6 attorneys before him and he and the "Swartz-Swidler Firm" were the only ones to explain and help me with the appropriate documentation aswell as a strategy, all free of charge so I can help myself defend my rights accordingly. If you are reading this and haven't contacted an attorney or already talk to someone and are waiting for an answer back I would recommend dropping it all and calling Swartz-Swidler law firm as your first option. They will most certainly 100% guide/help you along the right path. The law firm and all its employees have stellar customer service edicate.

Richard admitted that he was unable to assist me with the New Jersey Warn Act in which I had to literally read to him. He said he's confident that other attorneys are unfamiliar with the Act as well.
