Unreliable! Spoke to Robert and scheduled a zoom call with him. We never received a call during our time slot, so I called and left a voicemail and wrote him an email to which he never responded.

I have known Robert Bratman for twenty years and he has always been extremely compassionate, professional, and helpful.
