Mr. Shea as well as Danielle and Darlene, have been wonderful to interact with. Mr. Shea was always so thorough whether it was on the phone or through email. Being that his office was a bit of a drive, we were able to talk over the phone or email to make it easier for myself. I will definitely recommend to others.

The entire team at Stark & Stark -- including my primary attorney, Domenic Sanginiti, Associate Attorney Chinsu Shajan, and Paralegal Laurel Robbins, were highly efficient, helpful, empathetic, and relentless in obtaining a favorable outcome for me. Laurel was especially helpful in contacting numerous providers, insurance companies, etc. She returned my correspondences oftentimes in minutes! She truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, it took a serious motor vehicle accident for me to learn the nuances of the laws in NJ and PIP (Personal Injury Protection). I suggest you review your motor vehicle policy immediately and discuss the details with an expert. After a devastating accident, our family found ourselves in an incredibly challenging situation. I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I were referred to Robert Bratman after my husband had a life changing auto accident. It was the kind of accident you hear about but could never imagine happening to you. Robert called me on the first day and walked me through everything we needed to know. He was patient, kind and so compassionate while still giving us the information we needed to move forward. I was the point person while my husband recovered from numerous serious injuries and as I am sure you can imagine my brain was just not working or remembering things. Robert took the time over and over to walk me through the process while never once making me feel like I was bothering him. If I could give more stars I would. Referred to Stark and Stark by multiple people and also by a Family lawyer. At first I was with a different attorney and then Mr shea took over my case, even when i had lost hope and thinking that what was happening to me would be just pushed too the side as a small chronic dissability with no fight or possible help to come. Mr. Shea and HIS TEAM still worked hard on getting me assistance and made sure my claims didnt go un-reviewed. I am forever thankful that after all the exams and painful days he has protected me as a over worked mom trying to do my best working so unbelievable hard day in and day out for my little one.
