Wow, where do I begin?! I was represented by Mr. Bhaveen Jani, of Stark & Stark in my personal injury claim against a major retailer. I wanted to take the opportunity to commend Mr. Jani for the exceptional work he did on my case. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Jani since November 2016 when I was referred to him by one of my medical providers. Initially I was reluctant to file a demand against the defendant; however, after meeting with Mr Jani, I felt confident that I can entrust my case to him. He walked me through the process and managed to earn my trust through nearly three years of his thorough work, constant follow-ups and updates regarding the matter. There were points when I felt frustrated due to my ailments and the circumstances I was experiencing in my life and Mr. Jani offered encouragement. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Robert Bratman and his team were incredible. I was involved in an automobile accident where someone ran a red light. I was badly hurt and wanted to focus on my recovery (not a lawsuit) and they took care of EVERYTHING. I never had to worry about my case because they handled it all. Robert and his team deserve 6 stars.
