My bother and I were so lucky to find this law firm. Denise Mariani was there for us always, returned all my calls and emails within a few hours at most. Everyone at Stark & Stark was considerate and kind. Denise worked so hard for us.. I could not tell you how extremely glad I had her on our side.

I cannot express how grateful my family is to Tyler Tomlinson and his whole team. After my 82 year old father’s accident in December 2018, we were confused and overwhelmed as we had never had to navigate our way through such a difficult situation before. Tyler literally came to our rescue. He visited us at the house and spent a great deal of time explaining everything and putting our minds at ease. He was extremely polite, warm, and engaging! He even listened with great interest as my dad shared multiple stories about his life growing up in Greece during WWII, traveling to the US in his late teens, etc. Although that part has nothing to do with Tyler’s incredible competence as a lawyer, it speaks volumes about the level of compassion and patience he has towards his clients. He made us feel like family. Throughout the process, he made sure that we were fully informed every step of the way. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and grateful to this very special man. Tyler Tomlinson is a gift!

I was introduced to Mr Robert bratman by a common friend. I was in a really tight situation where I was part of an accident, where I was the pedestrian and I had no insurance back then. I had bills raked up to the sky. And since I was based out Jersey city, I never got a chance to meet Mr Robert in person until the day my case was settled. The case lasted for a little over 18 months. He is an absolute professional, regardless of us not meeting even once, he was always a phone call or a message away. Patient to answer all my questions(even thought I must have asked the same thing 100 times).
