With Nikki Davis, my divorce was complete within about one (!!) month and was relatively painless and reasonably inexpensive. She handled everything from reviewing the MSA and fighting for my rights, filing documents with the court, and making sure I wouldn't have to appear physically (since I moved out of state at the same time). She was very personable and made sure I knew all of my options. I could tell she's had a lot of experience with both very complicated cases and not-so-complicated ones, such as my own.Nikki also handled my name change, which was filed after-the-fact, and set up all court filings and my telephonic hearing. When looking for a family law attorney, what made me choose Nikki was the fact that she took the time to really dig into the details even before I retained her and made sure I knew my rights and my options regardless of who I chose. The fact that she really showed she cared even prior to representing me made me feel confident that she was the right choice... and she was! Overall, Nikki was a huge help, is well-versed in family law, and takes a load off your plate when you need it the most. She takes the time to speak with you and addresses all of your concerns, makes you aware of all of your rights and options, and is available whenever you need her. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who needs help in the family law area.

Attorney Nikki Davis represented me in my child custody /support case. She listened to my needs, was knowledgeable, confident, and understanding. From the time of our meeting interaction to my court appearances, Nikki was by my side the entire time. Explained the entire process and what to expect and offered advice to allow me to decide what was best for me. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful and frustrating time for me. She kept it simple and efficient for me through an emotionally difficult process and communicated with me every step of the way. She recognized some negotiation decisions were difficult for me and was thoughtful in encouraging me on how to make the decision. She very assertive and efficient with getting her point across to the opposing counsel. While I hope I never have to use her again, I will refer anyone going through a similar situation to her. She was an absolute rock in my time of need, and I will be forever thankful that I hired her. She has my respect and admiration as her specialty is very touchy that few people are willing to take on. Lauren is very nice and professional and in the end delivered my case with the best possible outcome. Her secretary Sasha is very nice and efficient. I also liked how you could set up a phone conferences on a scheduled day and time. Lauren was also very good at returning emails.
