I highly recommend Lauren she is very professional. She keeps in constant contact with you. I felt very comfortable and confident that she was able to get the job done.

I was pulled over for going 80 on the turnpike, which I was probably doing close to that. The cop made sure to write that the speed limit is 55 (it wasn't) to make it a 25 mph over the limit, or the maximum speeding ticket you can get. Insurance, etc.. would have skyrocketed so I retained Lauren. She showed up on time and talked me through the process, much of which I already knew. Anyhow, she got the judge to listen to my reasoning, which resulted in him bringing the ticket down to a zero-point ticket. Major win. :)

I hired her for my harassment hearing. She did a great job. Every time I contacted her with questions and concerns she got right back to me.

When I first contacted Lauren, I was very scared (to put it lightly) about my situation and had no idea how to handle it. I called her nearly in tears, and from our very first conversation, Lauren helped me feel at ease, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never gave me any reason to doubt her. I was what some might call a very needy client, but Lauren took all my calls, or returned them in a timely manner, and met with me in her office whenever I requested, yet she never made me feel as though I was a burden (as often times I asked the same things over and over, and sometimes I just needed to vent abut my anxiety surrounding the case). Lauren was professional and direct when it came to explaining legal issues, my case, and the where we stood in the process; she was understanding and patient, as she took the time to break down the legal jargon and answer all my questions (and I had a lot!) so I was clear on what she was saying and that I was aware of all the possible outcomes; and she was personable and kind, as she never made me feel judged and she always took the extra time to make sure that I was feeling okay, mentally and emotionally. She made me feel as though I was not "just a case" to her, but that she valued me as an individual and as a client. In the end, after months of her hard work and consistent efforts, Lauren got me the best possible result I could have imagined! I do not know what I would have done without Lauren - she truly is a wonderful lawyer and woman, and I would highly recommend her!!

Lauren advised me on how best handle a ticket for DUI. She listened to me and my situation and gave me great advise. I was extremely happy with the outcome.

I hired Lauren for my DUI case, and I don't regret it. I was scared and unsure of what was going to happen, and she was patient with me and able to promptly address any questions or concerns I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I retained Lauren for a criminal case and was not happy with her representation. She failed to appear at my arraignment, claiming that the clerk had told her 'her attendance was not needed,' when in fact it was needed. Her attitude was very unprofessional towards me. Most importantly, she failed to let me know of the consequences that would result when accepting my plea agreement. When asked later if she knew, her response was that she 'had no idea.' Later, doing a quick google search revealed the information. I depending on Lauren for expert legal knowledge, counsel, and representation and I feel this is not what I received. I would not recommend.

Scardella helped me with my case. I was extremely nervous with the outcome, but she assured me the procedures and different paths we could take. She was always on time, responded to my questions quickly, and knew exactly what she was talking about. She even looked up outcomes of other cases like mine to see which option would be the most reasonable.
