It has been 2.5 years since the day of my accident. And now, looking back, I realize that if it wouldn’t be for incredible job of Brian Held and his team, I would, probably, not be alive today to write this... They worked on my case not stop, digging out new details, fighting stubborn insurance companies and, myriad doctor offices, and most importantly, made incredible effort to make miracle surgery on my spine a reality. Brian was always there for me. I called him so many times on weekends, after work hours with my sudden bursts of despare and doubts. He always had that calming effect on me, saying things that helped me to get through difficult time... I will never forget that Saturday morning, when, while walking the dog, I suddenly stopped cold, not being able to breeze ( direct result of the accident). Pain went through like a nife and I could not move. The first person I called , was Brian. He helped me through this episode, called the doctor and told me not to waste any time and go to the hospital ER. Doctor was there already, waiting for me. I will never forget Brian’s help that day. His team is absolutely wonderful. Always friendly, always consummate professionals. Everyone was very dedicated to my case. They went through tons of evidence, miriads of conversations with insurance companies, tirelessly making phone calls on my behalf, making sure that I will succseed. But my especial thanks to Brian. I have nothing negative so say about Lynch Law Firm. After I was involved in a motorcycle accident, i wasn't sure if I should seek out lawyers or not. I want to thank Mr. Arthur Lynch, Brian Held, Rosa, Addi Hansen, and Joanne Kim (no longer there) for going above and beyond in helping me with my case. I was rear ended on the George Washington Bridge in stop and go traffic. It resulted in a year and a half of agony.
