Our history and an update review: 2017 Mr.Jim Lynch personally handled a 2004 Malpractice case for me, A Malpractice case which had an outstanding outcome in 2010. The Firm also represented My Mother with a Workers compensation case AGAIN an outstanding outcome. Now keep in mind it has been over 2 years since my last contact with Mr. Jim Lynch. I had a very uncomfortable situation ”March 2017” occur to me which had me questioning my rights so much so I called the Lynch Law Firm. Mr. Jim Lynch upon calling me back not only remembered me but also inquired about my mom. He took the time to hear the details of my Current situation he offered his assistance and a possible remedy for the situation and I accepted. We found Lynch Lynch Held Rosenburg using a search engine on the internet; this could have either been disastrous or excellent and I'm pleased to say that the service we experienced here was very good indeed. We dealt with Arthur Lynch who is experienced, professional and efficient. He took time to talk us through the legal processes, giving us realistic expectations and timescales. As an added complication, we reside in the UK and Arthur dealt with all of our queries regarding the US law system patiently and was understanding of the different procedures and processes we have here.
