Although ultimately Frank was unable to take me and my husband on as clients, he gave us some helpful guidance on our situation. Frank was very generous with his time and advice, and for that I am truly grateful. If we ever need council in the future, he’ll be the first attorney I call.

I’ve never felt more judged and insulted.. I was telling Frank my case, when suddenly he put me on hold, came back and brushed my story away. He told me “nicely because it’s the holiday” I was wasting my time and I was lucky if this was the worst thing that has happened to me. First of all, how dare he judge me. You don’t know me and anything I’ve been through. Second of all, he talked down to me like a child asking my age and making it seem like I didn’t know what I was doing. If you’re a young female with a concern or case, don’t waste your time being insulted.

Sometimes (with legal matters in particular) what we have to hear is not what we want to hear. Frank is a lawyer who gives it to you straight.

I guess if your case doesn't spell MONEY they won't even return your call. Whatever, there's plenty others out there. And no, I didn't speak with you. I spoke with a female who answered the phone who told me you would return my call. And I was standing in the hallway of the Hoboken Medical Center at the time. So yes, I live in Florida but need help in New Jersey. Sorry if that's hard to comprehend.
