The worst lawyer ever. As soon as my case got complicated he pulled off his hands. Do not go to him if u want ur lwyer on ur side.

After being divorced for four years and following the legal custody agreement, my ex wife violated the agreement and created a nightmare custody issue. I was informed to contact Tom Sidoti to handle the case based on his knowledge and skills regarding these matters. I cannot express in all sincerity Tom's dedication to detail, and to ensure complete confidence along the way. Custody cases can get ugly, and Tom took on this challenge with one priority, to see me reunited with my son. In the end Mr. Sidoti accomplished just that, and won my case for me through the Superior Court of NJ. I am extremely grateful for having my son enter my life again. Mr. Marciano was kind, professional and down to earth, it was nice to work with an attorney that didn't talk about himself, he was focused on our issues and got the job done. His office staff was tech savvy and very helpful. The only negative thing I could say was that he was a bit loud and woke up my baby, but he apologized and blamed it on his being Italian and passionate, which really is not a bad thing at all.
