I've never trusted attorneys before I met Kim Gozsa. I was unfortunately diagnosed with TBI after having a severe fall. There were several attorneys that would not even talk to me unless I had "an open head wound.' Then I met Kim. My daughter and I went to meet her and after a short interview she looked into my eyes and said "Gina, I know exactly want you have and what you're going through." Because of all her experience and knowledge with TBI cases, she knew exactly what was happening in my brain. She explained to me that this would probably be a long road ahead but if I was willing to see doctors and therapists, so I could heal, as well as make sure the people who caused this would take responsibility for their actions. At that moment I found peace and a trust in her that I found in no one else. I was so very lucky that I found her. She gave up part of 4 years of her life for me and we won. Both my daughter and I have been through not only the work and pain of me trying to return to at least 50% to 60% of my life from who I was before, but I always knew Kim was there and ALWAYS on my side. I must also say that her assistant, Christine, (and all of her staff) were wonderful no matter what problems, issues or questions I might have had. They were always so professional and were always there for me. I can't say 'thank you' enough for carrying me through this difficult time. You're An Angel to Us Kim.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this law firm. Kim Gozsa took on my mother as a client when no one else would. She was her lawyer for over 4 years handling her brain injury lawsuit. She never gave up on the case and understood all the struggles my mother goes through having a traumatic brain injury. We've known her for four years and she changed our lives. She is not only a good lawyer, but a good person that truly cares about helping others. We came to her office looking for a lawyer but found a sincere person who not only understood my mother's situation (a traumatic brain injury from neglect on property) but who BELIEVED us. She knew exactly what my mother had and I believe, she saved my mother's life. She helped both of us, to make our lives more comfortable and to get my mother the reparations she deserves.
