My family and I have been "blessed" with not having the need for legal help for most of our lives. When we were hit hard with a very difficult situation, we were advised to go meet with the people at Levinson Axelrod due to "the power and experience" that they have. My wife and I expected a very cold, inhuman, cut-throat experience. We found the contrary. Kim Gozsa was not only among the most professional, bright, creative and confident people we have ever met, but she made sure that she came to know us as people firstly. She exudes competence and very importantly has the respect of her adversaries, hence giving us great peace as we put everything into her able-bodied hands. The outcome is a manifestation of who she is. A fine human being, and a proven winner with great integrity, as well as her staff, especially Armenia, who was so helpful and positive. Its hard to imagine that a legal issue was one of the finest experiences we have ever had.

I hired Kim Gozsa of Levinson & Axelrod in January 2015 to represent my wife who injured herself badly in a slip & fall due to gross negligence. Kim was nice enough to come to our house for the initial consultation since my wife was incapacitated at the time...and even brought coffee! She was very compassionate and understanding and vowed to do everything in her power to make sure we were rightfully compensated. This was a difficult case because one of the defendants was an organization protected by Charitable Immunity. Nevertheless, Kim started building a case bit by bit. No detail was left out. She had experts such as engineers, orthopedic surgeons and surveyors conduct research and provide written reports and assessments. She did her homework on the defendants and had enough firepower to go to war. Levinson has plenty resources available to them so opposing attorneys: be advised that you are walking into the lion's den with her! Kim did a lot, but it was definitely a team effort on behalf of her whole firm. Her paralegal Mena was on top of all the paperwork and kept us informed & updated from start to finish. Kim's partner Chris was excellent in preparing us for trial in case we could not settle. Even founder & owner Richard himself got involved and offered assistance. We can't thank Kim Gozsa and Levinson enough for all they did for us. They provided us personalized, individual attention that one would not expect from such a large firm. Don't let Kim's good looks fool you; she is one fierce lawyer! I would recommend Levinson and especially Kim Gozsa in a heartbeat.
