Mr. Kast did a great job assisting with the review of my employer agreement. He redlined items that needed to be removed and recommended alternate legal language to make the agreement more ironclad. In addition, his rates were very competitive. During our meetings Ken was very professional and adhered to my time sensitive deadlines.
