I reached this law firm for a free consultation about a foreclosure I was confronting, and also some financial issues. Mr. Veer Patel studied my case and explained me a plan of action and the possible results we may have. I decided to go the way he advised me to successfully achieve positive results. Mr. Patel and his firm were very straight, and professionals. I highly recommend his services. His prices are very competitive, not to mention the flexibility for a payment plan.

I contacted this office to assist in an urgent matter, and Derek Soltis was the first person that I spoke to. Attorney Lazaro Cardenas is a God-send. Our situation is complicated and I was not even sure my mother's house can be saved. There were so many complications that I really feared that my brother and I would lose the house. Attorney Cardenas was very reassuring. He was very confident that we will not lose the house and he was right. It took almost a year only because of the process involved in getting documents submitted, records retrieved, and everything else that is expected of getting ownership transferred to my brother and I. To be honest, I am not sure about the actual process because Attorney Cardenas and his office took care of everything. When he felt that the mortgage company was delaying the process, he suggested that we obtain our own financing and referred me to a colleague who was so helpful and so patient and so sensitive to our needs. The whole time he was also checking on financing process to make sure we were not being taken advantage of. He was always on top of everything. Mind you, he is a busy man. But he never took his eyes off of us. He even checked on the new mortgage agreements to make sure we are indeed getting a good deal. Yesterday, July 23rd, we closed on our home. It is officially ours. I had some doubts along the way, brought on by not knowing the process but Attorney Cardenas always allayed my fears. My husband and myself are currently in the situation of trying to short sell our house in NJ. We currently live and have purchased a home in another state. My husband’s employment is in this state so we made the decision to not return to the house in NJ. Lazaro Cardenas drew up a new will, power of attorney, and health care proxy for me. He accommodated my schedule by staying after regular business hours, explained everything fully, didn't rush me, was respectful of my wishes, and so on. Everyone I met at the office was pleasant. I recommend this firm, and Mr Cardenas in particular, without reservation.

After hearing all the evidence he told me I had a very difficult case to win and declined to take it.
