Without hesitation, we can now give these folks the outstanding recommendation they have well earned. The office staff, without exception, was responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our calls were returned promptly by individuals who knew what they were talking about. They set up meetings and took care of details that guided us smoothly through some difficult processes. When they gave us a time commitment to complete a task, they kept to it. And through it all, our attorneys, Ms. Tedesco and Ms. Domineske, not only handled our matters expertly, they applied their professional skills with compassion, patience, and an understanding of our concerns that made us feel confident and comfortable that we were in good hands. My wife and I engaged with Bratton Law to update our estate plan after being referred by a local senior care facility. We had also attended informational sessions conducted by Bratton at the facility. We were very pleased by the entire process. The lead attorney and her team were extremely thorough listening to our concerns, helping to gather relevant data, and producing the documents necessary for our estate plan. Most importantly, I feel, they went out of their way to patiently explain what was happening during the process to be sure we understood and were in agreement as the plan unfolded. What started as a daunting task for us became much easier thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the Bratton team.

Generally offers a wealth of information, consultation has gone up since last time. But worth the content. Overall worth a try, Mr Goldhagen is fun to talk to.

Twenty years ago I was referred to Samantha thru a friend who highly recommended her services and was dealing with similar legal issues as myself. Prior to this I had been thru a series of local attorneys who did little more than take my money while my ex and the state ran roughshod over me. Right from our initial meeting, thanks to Sam's honesty and knowledge of the law, that immediately changed. From that point on, with her in my corner, we were able to take control of my situation and make positive strides moving forward. Since that time, Sam has helped straighten out post-judgment divorce issues – child support, college contribution and emancipation. All in successful fashion. Also when I have had a legal issue which was not her forte, she has continually referred me to not only the right person for the job, but another attorney with the same kind of integrity and knowledge of the law, in their field, as Samantha. Over the years Samantha has guided my Mother and I thru Estate planning, as well as guidance in the Guardianship/Medicaid process until my mother's passing in 2018 and more recently helped in deed transfers and other real estate issues. I always tell people that Samantha is my family consigliere, which by definition is a trusted legal advisor and confidant. Even my children know to "call Sam first" for any legal advice and I have referred Sam to many of my friends, because she will always point you in the right direction. Oh, and by the way, she's a beast in the courtroom. Samantha will continue to be my family consigliere until such time as she decides to step down and retire.
