I honestly could not have been happier with how my divorce was handled. This was the hardest thing I had to do. Samantha and Annette handled everything with the utmost grace, elegance and professionalism. I didn’t feel alone during this difficult time of my life. With her help, I’m living my best life with the comfort and security!!!

We hired Sam to draft a will over 15 years ago. She was thorough and gave us some things to consider that we had not though of. She was very detailed and informative. Several years later she represented us in a trial and she got great results- better than we could have hoped for. Sam has since done legal work for our family members and achieved great results. Sam is professional and very focused on her clients. She is very well respected among her peers. Her practice has grown over the years and her commitment to her clients is unwavering. We would recommend Sam to anyone needing divorce, separation, custody or real estate representation. A true pro that understands her clients and works hard for them. In today’s world, it’s refreshing to have a lawyer like Sam that takes her work seriously and truly cares about the outcome of her work for her clients.

I was referred to Bratton Law Group by a long time friend. I met with the staff back in August and they were excellent, at first. It is now 12/23/19. My last correspondence was with the attorney via email on September 6th when I sent her the will that we had done previously. I paid the $750 which was the first half cost of the will and the check was cashed. We had planned to go through with the trust and Medicaid applications as well but I have yet to even receive a phone call. I called the office to discuss the matter about 3 weeks ago and was told that they emailed a draft copy to me back in September. I double checked and did not receive any type of correspondence and not even a phone call from the office. I verified that I did not receive the draft and was advised to leave a message for Vicki. She also has not returned my call. I called again today and told them all of the above and was brushed under the rug. At this point, I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere as I do not want to deal with any business that behaves this way. This is very serious and my father has dementia. There are steps that need to be taken and yet the law firm thinks it is ok wait 4 months while my dad digresses. I am furious. ***UPDATE 12/28/19. The attorney, Ms. Tedesco, reached out to me and was able to clarify and rectify the situation. I have really liked her as well as Ann since the beginning. After speaking with my family with further information we have decided to continue with Bratton Law through this process. They definitely know what they are doing and speaking about. It has been difficult to say the least and I am comfortable going forward with Ms. Tedesco. I am still giving 4 stars (minus one for the incompetent and uncompassionate front desk staff).
