Barry helped me in a consumer issue related to a car dealership. He was able to explain the situation to the parts involved and get to an agreement without filing a lawsuit. He kept me informed during the negotiation process.

The work Barry did for me was outstanding, and [hopefully] continues to be. Barry and I initially got off to a bit of a rocky start, but neither of us was entirely to blame. And in the end, I believe the work he did for me was of the highest possible quality. He may have bitten off a bit more than he thought when he took me on as a client, I had to agree to be a bit more patient than I would have preferred. I do admire Barry for honoring his word when it came to pricing and his commitment to our project, even though we had to renegotiate terms a time or two during the process. When all is said and done you judge attorneys by the quality of work they do, not by other, arguably less important factors.”

Barry is shockingly responsive. I brought my legal matter to him, at which time he told me to draft an e-mail outlining the details of the matter. I sent him the e-mail, and not only did he make edit suggestions to my letter, but he drafted a letter of complaint to the accused on his letterhead. It took him about 8 hours to turn the entire process around. Without me asking, he made a phone call on my behalf to explain my case to a third party, who had taken me to a collection agency over the matter. I have rarely someone deliver quality results in such a short time, but in this case, I can happily say that Barry delivered above my expectations.
