The entire staff was very helpful here. I felt like I was at one of the lowest places in my life Cindy and James were amazing! Helped me every step of the way! Talked to me throughout to ease my fears and even checked on me the day before and the morning of my appearance. Upon finding James and having a phone consult he was like talking to a family member about your situation and getting honest advice. He made me feel like we were his top priority , and said we can call him anytime if have questions and gave his personal cell. When we met Cindy in office she is a friendly sweet down to earth kind of professional who cares about you to make sure you understand what the steps are. Danielle which is James secretary is wonderful in her communication and kind person who is available for any help you need. If going through bankruptcy Cerbone law firm is who i would recommend to guide you through and be there qhen you need them. Even though i never met James in person he was available by phone and calls you back if have to leave a message. I Also want to add that even after we were declared cleared i had an issue with a creditor , and called to ask a question. I was told not a problem we can call anytime and they would advise . James is great he takes quality time with you answers all your questions and the secretary Cindy is great as well I call all the time with questions she answers them always tells me it was no bother calling anytime she always returned my calls and made sure I completely understood anything I was asking they were understanding and compassionate it was my first experience and they walked me through it step by step I’ve referred their office to A few friends and I am happy I choose their office ! They have now become my friends
