Let me tell you something about Miss Cindy this woman is one of the most hard-working professionals I ever met for genuinely cares about people and has a heart of gold most definitely not init for the money you can tell when in phone conversations she cares sincerely about her clients and takes great pride in what she does with careful attention to detail. I am just your typical person who unfortunately had 2 streaks of bad luck in the last 12 years, 1st time was the great recession that is the first time I needed help from the Cerbone law firm, as as a union Teamster there was little to no work for 18 plus months, the 2nd time was the break up of a 25 year relationship on top of the World changed due to the Coronavirus..the effect of a devastating one two punch was more than I could handle, through the grace of God and my new fiance I found hope and decided utilize the cerbone law firm once again James cerbone and his team are some of the most understanding people you could ever work with they pulled statues that I didn't even know existed the counter the effects of greedy mortgage brokers who don't care that there is a human being that lives in the house that they're trying to foreclose on well too bad!! James and his team stopped them dead in their tracks so here I am now with a second chance anybody that does not contemplate bankruptcy and is scared to, you need not be they made my sleepless nights go away I now no longer have to worry about being homeless and losing the equity that I work so hard for over 16 years I would recommend this Law Firm to anybody never give up without a fight his team is the best sincerely, Robert Dzink.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I wasted tons of time and money being represented by TM and I didn’t even have any assets. I finally let him go and finished the case myself. Here are just a few of the issues i had. It cost me over 5000$ before I ever saw the judge for the first time. I was asked for additional retainer to fight a domestic dispute but it was dropped. My additional retainer was quickly spent and I was never told or asked if it could be used for my divorce. Then I was asked for more retainer at a discounted rate. I was also sent bill after I let him go but was always asked for more money BEFORE my retainer was used previously. Hmmm. I left a review that he didn’t like and he sent me a text insulting my sobriety and also threatened me that he will take me for significant damages. This guy is a smooth talker. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

Tom Madden has been my attorney for 6 years and I felt compelled to write this in hopes that it may sway your decision when choosing someone to represent you when you might be going through a very difficult time. I had/have a very fragile situation that involves small children. You can imagine the stress when children are involved in any matter that would require an attorney. I met with Tom to discuss my situation and to decide if I would retain him for services. My very first impression is was that he is extremely personable. I was comfortable from the beginning and I never felt rushed in anyway. He is an active listener which is rare these days and very quickly understood the situation through my erratic ramblings. The second thing I noticed was his to not "Go for the jugular" attitude ( like so many attorneys), he contemplated , never lost sight of the children involved and gave me his recommendation for next steps. He has a way of truly speaking to you so you are not overwhelmed when explaining the reality of the situation. I left that office for the first time in a long time hopeful that there would be a positive outcome. I felt supported, and as if I was the only client he had (which was far from the truth). In the following months, Tom seamlessly navigated the case, always mindful regarding not running up a huge bill for me. or put me through any unnecessary stress. He is an example of how attorneys should be in these turbulent times, honest, empathetic, protective and approachable. Then to see him in court presenting on your behalf an undeniable strength and never missing a beat. If you are still on the fence, I can confidently say you will not regret retaining Tom. To this day he continues to work hard for myself and especially my children, and if needed he will absolutely stand up for you with laser focus. Just talk to him once, you will see what I mean immediately.

Tom Madden, esq. was my attorney for a post divorce matter surrounding custody and parenting time.
