I had such a wonderful experience. I was severely anxious and stressed when filing. It caused me not to face it and spend months dragging out. Shelly was very patient with me, sent gentle reminders, and called to check in. She reminded me it wasn't a sign of failure and helped me push through. I am beyond thankful now that it is behind me. Bruce was always helpful and kind, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I will forever be grateful.
