I first worked with Dana Bookbinder when my father and stepmother needed to set up a trust, powers of attorney, wills, and living wills. She is very knowledgeable on all of these topics. Excellent work. I used Dana's services when I needed to navigate Medicaid's requirements when my father got sick and had to go into a nursing home. I also had Dana set up my will, power of attorney, and living will. She has recently assisted me with my stepmother's dealings with Medicaid. In my experience Dana is thorough and well-versed in her field. I could not be more pleased with the services I have received.

We first met Dana Bookbinder 25 years ago when she was affiliated with another law firm and were impressed by her knowledge and compassionate manner when dealing with her diverse group of clients, many of whom were elderly. This was something very important in our eyes. Since that time, Dana has gone on to receive her CELA (certified Elder Law Attorney) certification, and is now one of only a handful of Attorneys in the country to have that certification. She also has her own practice, and when the time came to update our wills, we decided to reach out to her for her assistance. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Dana Bookbinder is an excellent Eldercare Attorney. Her personalized service and understanding of a very difficult time trying to navigate the Medicaid system and the process of getting Dad a Golden Ticket --- as they say--- helped us during a time when emotions were high and patience was low!
