Let me tell you about this firm. First of all - they actually ANSWERED the phone when I called. Jeff was understanding and responsive - he made me feel like we'd known each other our whole lives. They were always in touch with me every step of the way. They ALWAYS answered my questions in ways that I could comprehend and never made me feel any other way except like family. Second, they are OVER-PREPARED. However these lawyers take your case and never hear from then until the end when the case is ready to settle. My experience with Matt Luber and Charlie Koch was unbelievable.
