Dan Shlufman is simply the best. He navigated the sale of large Manhattan Coop that was two previously combined apartments, for which the managing agent required complicated updating that interfaced with the NYC department of buildings. Dan is very personable, approachable, and a master of the deal. He has the highest integrity in his profession. Selling my condo was a very challenging task. He made all the process painless. Now I live in Miami FL, I can't use him as my lawyer to do the real estate deal. That's my only regret.
