Any law firm that would hire Brian Campion is completely incompetent. My town retained him to conduct an employee complaint, God knows why since he's a land use attorney. His investigation was lazy, incomplete, one sided, he asked totally irrelevant questions and ignored very relevant facts. He ruined peoples' lives with his inexperience and incompetence, and landed the town in a lawsuit.

I've used Jason Tuchman for years ever since he was at another firm. He is absolutely the best. No one is more skilled in family law. Also, no one is more helpful across the board. He's given me referrals to other attorneys, you name it. He even sends a wonderful New Year's card every year! If you have any issue in any of his practice areas, you absolutely must speak with Jason. He's the best there is.

Being referred to Tyler Avon, Esq., and the firm of Kelly, Kelly, Marotta & Tuchman, was one of the good things that happened to me during the pandemic. I thought I was divorced in 2000, only to find out 2 DECADES LATER that due to human error my notarized Stipulation of Divorce was never submitted to the court, and I never received a divorce decree. I had an initial conference with Tyler and Jason Tuchman, to explain my unusual circumstances, and they immediately jumped into action with a plan to pick up the ball and finish the job my previous attorney (now deceased) left incomplete. My divorce process was initiated in NJ, and Tyler kept me abreast during each stage of the process, which made me even more confident that I made the right choice in selecting him to handle my case. I am now happily divorced, after 20+ years, and only wish I had contacted him much earlier.
