Despite the circumstance, it was a pleasure working with Doug and Marissa. They are both very professional and have great communication with both email and over the phone. I was never left in the dark in regards to the details of my case and I felt very much apart of the process. I truly believe they had my best interest at heart. Attorney Emerson Dickman assisted my wife and me in establishing a living trust for a severely disabled son, he provided us with a plan so that we could obtain the right longterm Medicaid health insurance for the disabled son, he explained to us the sibling relationship between the normal and disabled siblings, he recommended long term healthcare insurance plan for my wife and me, he established an estate plan for us, he still answers questions.

I used Bergen Law after I was in a bad car accident. I'd like to throw Doug and Marissa a kudos for a job well done. Doug was very honest and thorough about what challenges were ahead and worked with me to get them done as efficiently as possible. Whenever strategic decisions needed to be made, Doug made the correct ones. They were easy to talk to and were professional at all times. If I could give zero stars I would .. I had them as a attorney , had to switch Over to another attorney and Douglas was very rude when he answered the phone. Telling me he’ll send my paper work to my new attorney when he feels like it . Very rude guy ! DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!

My wife and I have an adult daughter with Williams Syndrome. As with most parents of children with special needs, our concerns as we age begin to focus on what happens after we're gone.
