Going through a closing can be difficult but with Michael and his team it was the easiest closing we ever had.

Mike and his staff were tremendous. Their communication was prompt, ongoing and best of all the firm stayed on top of things being proactive. One of Mike's best attributes is that he looks out for you and tries to get as much as he can for the dollar. Before he finalizes anything he checks with you to make sure you feel comfortable with the outcome. His methods are up to date. A special thanks to his assistant Katie. She was very patient and responsible. Many times I called on the weekend and received communication first thing Monday morning. Mike also worked very well with my realtor, contractor and engineering firm communicating constantly with updates. Every message sent to outgoing recipients was forwarded to myself as well. I would highly recommend Mike's services. The entire staff was very helpful and worked together to forward communication and help with questions when Mike was not in his office. Mike was always one step ahead of the buyers lawyer pushing for deadlines and updates. He was able to satisfy our needs even though we were not onsite. We wish to thank Mike and his staff very much!

My husband and I hired Mr. Austin to help us with the closing of our home. Mr. Austin & his assistant, Katie, made the process very easy for us. We are first time homebuyers, so we had TONS of questions, which Mr. Austin & Co. explained every detail of - we learned A LOT. They were very professional and on top of all of our paperwork and timeframes. We closed on time and even cracked some jokes while signing our contract. Michael came highly recommended from our realtor and he did a great job for my wife and I through the home buying process. Michael was able to smooth over any bumps that occurred through the process of buying a house. All issues that came up were settled in our favor and he gave great advice along the way. He is super responsive to all emails and he makes you feel like you are in his only client. The actual closing took way less than hour cause of all the hard work and diligence Michael put in ahead of time. Michael is just great. His response time is incredible. He listens (seems to be a rare talent these days) and he’s quite adept at seeing the big picture and keeping you focused on end goal. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend his services. He and his team were responsive and easy to work with. I used Michael for real estate sale. When I was upset by inspection “asks” he was able to ratchet me down without me feeling I was being “handled.” At all times I felt Michael had my best interests in mind. Top notch
