Excellent service and very professional.

We were referred to Spector Foerst & Associates through our real estate agent for both the selling and purchasing of our primary residence. Thanks to Jennifer and her team's hardwork and dedication, we were able to close on both properties within a week of one another. We are very grateful with their customer service and the willingness to make things happened that suit our goals. They work together with our lenders and realtor as a team, and things just happen behind the background without much worries for us the homeowners. We couldn't recommend the enough! Thanks!

When I was injured in a car accident, I was in severe pain and was unable to focus on anything but my medical treatment. I turned to Natalie Shafer and she was able to take the worry out of the process. She dealt with the insurance companies to get my car replaced. She helped with my employer to file for disability. She fought with my insurance company to get me the necessary medical treatment that my doctors were recommending. She was able to bring my case to Court and obtain a substantial settlement which was much more than I had expected. She is a great lawyer and while I hope I am not involved in another accident but if I am she is the first person I will call.

I have used Jim Foerst on many real estate transactions. Being a real estate investor and doing real estate for a living I know how important it is to have a great attorney. Jim is excellent, thorough, and he has an awesome team. Abigail is always on top of the files and super responsive. Sandra is amazing. And everyone else in his office has always been a pleasure to work with. Jim has represented me in over 10 residential closings, 3 commercial transactions, has gotten me 11 variances approved, he’s also done tax appeals on a few of my properties which he has saved me thousands on, and to top it off recently reduced my speeding ticket from 5 points to 0. Settlement agent on the sale of my property. They transferred title of my property 7 days ago and I STILL don’t have the proceeds from the sale! This is the most egregious unethical practice I’ve been a part of, and I’ve been a party to over 100 real estate transactions.

The State was trying to get me to send back over $22,000.00 in unemployment benefits from many years ago. I hired Natalie. She took over with calmness and expertise. Because of her knowledge, I owed nothing to NJ.
