The team at Spector Foerst & Associates were able to help me in a number of different family issues. We were first introduced to Jim as our real estate attorney and he helped our family transition from the Midwest to New Jersey. Once here, we didn’t know many people or professionals, so we continued to rely on Jim and team. Over the next few years, SFA helped us with our wills, got me out of speeding ticket and helped my husband recover money for a car accident. The attorneys at Spector Foerst & Associates are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They advertise as “We want to be your law firm for life.” I can say that this has been true for our family and we will use them for all of our legal needs in the future.

He was very thorough in explaining to me the process, asking questions, patient in finding the main cause, and efficient in explaining the law. I used Jim Foerst for my home purchase. It was not an easy transaction as the sellers were handling their family estate, and emotions were running high. It was a neglected property and the home inspection summary had no less than 100 items that needed to be addressed. Jim was tough when warranted, yet cool and collected when dealing with me. His excellent guidance and advise were integral in keeping this deal together. I trust him implicitly and recommend him without reservation.
