Russ is the epitome of professional, and worked with our family at two different times - both in estate planning and will preparation. Russ is exceptional. He clearly has a passion for this and is excellent with clients. He walked us through the very complex process of thinking about our wills, health care power of attorney, estate planning and more. He was always available for questions, and items were followed up in a very timely manner. He was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we understood everything in the documents and helped us make changes to ensure it is customized for our family. I would hire Russ again in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to many friends and family. We met Russ through a free seminar estate planning event he sponsored. After the event, he stuck around to answer several questions we had one on one. This led us to deciding to meet with him outside the event and interview him to see if he'd be a good fit to represent us as our lawyer in making out our Wills and Advance Directives. Russ was knowledgeable and explained things to us in laymen's terms that we could understand. He actually came to our home more than once. We did meet at his office to sign the paperwork so there could be a notary. Shortly after, Covid19 broke out with restrictions and Russ delivered the final documents to our home. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, and personable representative and would recommend to anyone.
