Russ helped my mother-in-law with her estate planning and it was a wonderful experience. He listened to her concerns, addressed ever detail, and she left feeling relieved that her wishes and her family would be taken care of. This is the worst law firm ever!!!!!!!! Stay far away. After they get your money and they will never respond when you call. Leave messages send e-mails or leave messages you will hear nothing. I applied for guardianship back in october with them, it's now February and it has not moved forward at all. They still haven't filed it. My Lawyer Rachel Glavis never ever responds. They are crooks plain and simple.

The initial meeting Russ asked lots of questions to get a better understanding of my estate needs and explained the various roles people would have. At the signing meeting he explained all the paperwork and answered any additional question I had. Very nice and professional.
