The entire staff at Schall and Barasch were professional and accommodating, answering all my questions and keeping me up-to-date. It was a pleasure working with Richard on my case. Richard gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. He understood my case so well and was able to set my expectations based on employment and labor law. I had no idea what to expect when I first called the Schall & Barasch firm. I had no idea if I even had a case. Mr. Schall is an outstanding lawyer. My case was very stressful on my family and myself but Mr. Schall made the me feel so confident right from the start. He was as angry about my case as I was. He always let me know everything as it was happening and at times this was a slow process. Not because of Mr. Schall but my terrible employer.
