I came to Richard Schall by luck of the draw. I had spoken to a few others attorney's and none of them seem to be able to comprehend my whistleblower retaliation and employee discrimination claims. I will say my case was a complicated one involving several federal agencies. When I met with Richard, he took his time and I could tell immediately he completely grasped the claims and my situation as well as what was happening to me. He was the only one who didn't look at me like a deer in the headlights and the only one who could completely follow the situation. I was fortunate to find him. He, along with his wonderful office staff kept me updated, returned calls, returned emails, and kept things moving even when we were thrown curve balls (and we were thrown some curve balls on numerous occasions). I learned a great deal along the way and have a great deal of respect for Mr. Schall and his profession. He works hard for his clients. Richard was able to settle my case and finally end the nightmare I'd been reliving daily for a few years. I am so impressed with Richard, his staff, and the type of law he practices, I've decided to go to law school myself.. He was finally the person to convince me to take the leap as others have encouraged me for years. I would easily recommend Richard to anyone needing help with whistleblower retaliation or employment issues. He is reasonable so his fees, not over the top as I've seen some lawyers tend to be and he's every bit as good, actually better. He is extremely generous with his time and you don't feel rushed. He was able to put my mind at ease several times when I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed and he is trustworthy. You don't have to worry if things are getting done, they are! I can't begin to express my gratitude for him and his office staff. You can't go wrong wi this firm.
