I had two Disorderly’s and three Felonies. I was looking at possible jail, or at least a felony record if found guilty at trial. Would’ve lost my job of 31 years. Mr. Velez got it reduced to one Disorderly and a Peddy Disorderly! He made sure they were nonviolent offenses which also allowed me to be eligible to get my firearms back, which were seized as part of an Extreme Risk Protection Order. The Judge ordered the ERPO unnecessary. So now I can get my firearms back when probation is over in a year. He also convinced the judge to issue a Civil Restriction. So if the other party tries to sue they can not use my guilty plea in the Civil Suit. Mr. Velez is an amazing lawyer who is worth every penny and more. He was honest with me at every part of the lengthy process. He has saved my family and I a lot of heartache. We will always be grateful to him for the great job he did.
