This man is the rudest REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY EVER...... As a realtor I have never experience an attorney that has yelled and scream they way he has. Mr. Rutigliano takes offense to everything that is asked or said to him. I would NEVER EVER recommend him as a real estate attorney. My client /OUR client felt very uneasy about his responses. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL........

Hands down the best! Joseph is dedicated to his work and his clients! I received some traffic tickets and was a nervous nelly and didn't know what to expect but after our first conversation I was put at ease and knew I was in good hands!
