Definitely recommend Joe if you need an attorney for a real estate transaction. Joe was our attorney for the sale our condo in West New York. Joe accepted the legal insurance that my wife had through work which is how we found Joe. Our real estate broker also knew Joe which made it even better. In his intro email, Joe shared full details on what to expect throughout the sale process. His turn around were quick and emails were crisp. We were able to close on time.

This law office is very nice and professional! I don't have much experience when it comes to going to court but when I needed a lawyer, I'm glad that I chose Mr Rutigliano! Mr. Rutigliano represented me for a traffic violation matter in a zoom court session.
