John Zarych Office are exceptional at what they do. They provide a sense of security after you discuss your situation with them. I was about to enter the workforce with a felony under my record, but after several months of work, the felony had dropped. I am in the military and was facing a DUI charge. This would have meant detrimental impacts on the civilian side, as well as possibly losing my career. Brenden and Mr. Zarych sat down with me during my first meeting to review my situation and also inquire what they could do to assist me in the proceedings for the military side. They made it clear that they would do everything in their power to help me in this process and were some of the few people that treated me like a person, rather than someone who broke the law. Brenden was always available to speak and if he wasn't he would get back to me in a promptly manner. He was very patient with my questions and concerns and took them all into consideration. He even went as far as to explain to my family all the findings in regards to my case and catch them up to speed even though he did not have to. He was able to prove that I was not guilty of a DUI in court, which although helped my situation on the military side, it did not necessarily mean I was not going to lose my career. I explained this to Brenden, and in an extremely quick period of time, he had written a statement breaking down the findings of the prosecution and why I was found not guilty in court. He did not have to do that, but he did. Brenden truly went out of his way to prove my innocence and allowed me to save my career and move forward in my civilian life.

I must say that the service that MR. Shur provided for me in my trail was beyond professional. From the beginning of the case he was very up front about every thing that could have happened and very honest with me. I couldn't have asked for a better legal defense lawyer. My case drug on for close to a year with multiple postponements, but it was worth it so Mr Shur could explain the facts and prove the prosecution wrong piece by piece. and that's exactly what he did. First time I ever had trouble in my life. With or without a Lawyer, if police officer would have showed up I would have been found guilty. A situation arose before my trial to the arresting officer and he did not show up at trial. Although I made mistakes and did do what I was charged with Mr. Shur really knew the law and used it to my advantage. Thanks to him my case got dismissed. I would say he does know the legal system. Expensive, yes, but all lawyers are and I learned there is a lot more work involved then I ever would have imagined. If there is an opening he will use it to your advantage.

After our son was arrested on burglary and drug related charges we were panicked and distraught over how to select a lawyer, especially since we were out of state. We were fortunate enough to find Zarych law firm and upon the first call their attorney Brenden Shur, was at the jail meeting with our son within hours. From that day on and over the next 6 month Mr. Shur was just terrific to work with. Ultimately he was able to get several charges dropped and got probation for our son instead of jail time! He was always very professional, honest, and demonstrated compassion thru the whole process especially as we were also dealing with rehabs to address our son’s drug issues.
