If you are in need of representation in any kind of matter you’re making a big mistake if you do not utilize his services. He is very knowledgeable about the legal system in all aspects and leaves no stone un-turned. If there exists a path to a positive outcome he will most definitely find it! The best part of having him represent you is he makes you feel like a priority and always calms any anxiety or concerns you may have. In terms of responsiveness I’ve never hired any one, in any field not just law, who was as good at making themselves available to a client like Joe. You don’t feel like just another number or client with him, you have someone genuinely cares and will fight for you the entire time. Would recommend him 15/10 times.

I was Referred to Mr. Donatiello by a family friend (who is also a Lawyer)and was contented with him after our first conversation. The knowledge, confidence, professionalism, respect and perception he exhibited I was in awe. I'll start by saying I had about a dozen consultations with different lawyers, and once I had my phone call with Joe, I knew right away I was going to hire him. He is very thorough, astute, and an excellent communicator. He always got back to me quickly, was never late, and had multiple strategies for every potential hurdle that might arise. I got the best possible outcome after being charged with a DUI even after 10 lawyers I spoke with said I had no chance! I would absolutely recommend Joe!

Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process which included three separate court dates! This was my first time dealing with the court system and Joseph made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step. His diligence and expertise resulted in my case being dismissed for three traffic violations (where my name was used in a traffic stop in which it was not me).
