I closed on July 24th, 2019. I spoke to Alan once at the start and that was it. Now I am left with a $2500 sewerage bill from the previous owner. Avoid.

Alan WAlkow doesn’t even work there anymore. Don’t let the don the owner fool you. He’s was the worst human to deal with. Man needs to look in the mirror. God bless all is staff. They deserve better. Good luck to them all.

I used Walkow Law for the closing on my condo. I asked my realtor for a referral for a realty lawyer and they recommended Diane Soden at the Walkow office. I was up-front about my needs, and their office gave me a detailed explanation of their fees and services. No surprises! Diane is knowledgeable and professional and I enjoyed dealing with her. It was a true pleasure. If I ever have the oppurtinity I will gladly recommend Diane Soden and Walkow in a second! Thank you again for all your hard work.

I recently closed on a property and used this law firm to do the closings. They made the process simple and hassle free. I worked closely with Michele who guided me through the process and took care of everything needed to be done and answered all my questions quickly.

Our sale of property closed without us present by POA, since we were traveling. It has been over four months that we are unable to obtain our closing documents. Once the deal is done, they don't want to talk to you, they don't answer the phones, they don't answer emails. Nothing. No documentation on the sale of apartment! Any suggestions what should we do?

I have used the Walkow Law Office for several closings, and each experience gets better and better. They have plenty off staff to carry the large volume, and I never had an issue with speaking with someone or getting a timely response. Friendly and personable experience, and everyone seems very knowledgeable with different types of transactions. The fees they charge cant be beat either. Highly recommended!

I had a very difficult purchase from a bank - which they charge more for and rightfully so because of all the work involved- they worked so hard through all the issues and made my closing an easy process. I found Mr. Walkow’s ad on the internet. His advertising stated that his price was $495. I had a sale and then a purchase. When I called they disclosed to me that, just as the ad indicated, the $495 price was for the purchase or sale of a single family house from homeowner to homeowner. In fact, I ended up paying $495 for the sale of my house. They also explained that when representing me when I bought my property from a bank, which I did, or dealing with a foreclosure or investment property with tenants, it involved so much more work so the fee would be higher, like in the $800 range. I shopped and found that most other attorneys charged at least double for that so I asked them to help me buy my house from the bank too. These people were so nice and so helpful and so responsive. I am so grateful that they were on my side and did such a great job. Amazing job.
