My attorney was Matthew Cantwell. He was thorough and detailed with my case and fought hard for me. In the end, I had a fully favorable outcome. When we appeared before the judge, I was impressed with his experience and presentation and proud of his representation of me. Additional costs for medical records were discussed with me upfront and I expected that those costs would be mine. Although it was a long, exhausting and at times disappointing journey, Matthew never gave up and continued fighting for me to the very end. I would recommend this firm.

I am writing an update on the previous review. After at least 2 yrs of my mothers case being opened, we had doubts of how my mothers case was going to turn out. My mothers attorney was Nicole. During the hearing, Nicole emphasized facts on my mothers case to prove to the judge that she was indeed not able to work. After less than month, the courts decision arrived and it was fully granted in mothers decision. We thank Barbara Comeford and especially Nicole for the outstanding job on the case.

Called for disability and theywanted to charge me $400. An hour. With a five thousand dollar retainer. If I'm not working how can I afford that. Called another attorney. Said they can't charge by the hour. State guidelines

I had a major injury at work, and was fighting benefits on my own. I asked the Union for help and was told they cannot do anything. I was approved for benefits but not paid. Sara made one phone call and I was paid that same day. Unfortunately my Union did not understand the language in the contract that they negotiated, but Sara understood this contract better than the company and the union, she fought and got the outcome I was expecting, but she did even better than that and I received more benefits than I imagined. It is just so nice to have someone on your side who is patient to listen, organized, and get quick results, and can read thru the contract between the company and union and explain to me what I am entitled to. Thank God I did not listen to the union, not only would I be without a job, I would have no medical benefits or pay. I am just so happy to have Sara and the office behind me. I also have to thank Jennifer for her hard and dedicated work, she is very knowledgeable and understands the laws, procedures and process and can explain how it all works. I cannot imagine what my life would be without their hard work, dedication and commitment to getting what is deserved. Don't fight on your own and don't rely on your Union, just call Barbara Comerford and explain your situation, they can and will help you. I was recently approved to receive Social Security disability and I credit the outcome of my case to Jennifer Manger from the Law Offices of Barbara Comerford. I have worked with the Law Offices of Barbara B. Comerford for the past couple of years, my experience has been great. My personal attorney, Jennifer Manger has gone above and beyond for me. However, it didn't stop there, everytime I called the office I was always helped by very professional people that were able to answer my questions 100% if Jennifer wasn't available. My personal case took a while but along the way Jennifer kept in touch with me with constant updates. The day before court we met at her office, I walked in and everyone knew me & my case.
