Rachel Stein Esq is not going to tell you the truth! She will outright LIE to get you to sign a fee agreement and tell you you're getting a lot more money than you will actually get. I would NOT suggest this firm to anyone! STAY AWAY and you will not have the headaches.....

From the moment you meet Ms. Dickerson you will know right away just how professional she is. For four years, Ms. Dickerson maintained the utmost service during our time working on my disability. She was always friendly, and will spend time answering what ever questions you may have. She is very considerate of your feelings throughout the process. If I had to do it all over again, I would want Ms. Dickerson to be the person representing me. She does an awesome job! and she makes sure that you have what you need from start to finish. :)

After two years of working with The Law Offices of Barbara Comerford I was finally granted Social Security benefits. Jennifer Manger and her team were always compassionate with respect to my disabilities and responsive to my questions. They did a great job with setting realistic expectations. They helped me navigate what forms I needed and showed me how and when to fill them out and submit them. Jennifer helped me understand what was important to document from my ongoing medical treatment. She appealed an early unfavorable decision, and represented me at my hearing which resulted in a fully favorable outcome.

I used this law firm about 10 years ago and Rachel Stein was an excellent attorney but, is no longer with the firm. I have another child with the same exact disability and the attorney I was assigned never returns phone calls. Knows nothing about my child's disability. I've been down this path once before and won in court. This is a no brainer but, it more work than it should be with the attorney I was assigned. Time to go elsewhere
