After dealing with numerous attorneys over several years of my career, Brian Martel, by far was the most professional, fair and understanding attorney of them all. It is not only this comparison that separates him from the rest but he was my attorney for my own divorce. Brian always listened very carefully to what I was saying without interruption and would always have multiple options to whatever problem was being discussed. His knowledge, availability, promptness, loyalty and his interest in truly wanting to help me as a client are just a few more of his great qualities.

I luckily came across Corporate Turnaround in a Google search when I was desperately trying to deal with mounting debt for my business. I had taken loans from nefarious entities that promised quick funding for your business. I won't say their names here. All I know that I was around the corner from bankruptcy when I came across Corporate Turnaround in a desperate search for "how to consolidate my business debt". I sent an email and was contacted back quickly. The process was simple. I gave Corporate Turnaround all of the names of the companies I had loans from. They contacted them for me and set up a weekly payment schedule. When Covid occurred, they even worked to suspend payments temporarily. All I know is that from my first contact with them in 9/2019 until my over $120,000 in debt was paid off in February 2024, I had never had any issues. Jared is amazing. If I had questions he emailed back within an hour most times. They are very understandable people. If I asked to have one weeks payment postponed, they could accomodate that request. If there are negative reviews, then those are probably from companies, like the merchant cash advance companies, that don't like that Corporate Turnaround is actually helping desperate business owners that have fallen on hard times. Corporate Turnaround truly saved my business. Do not hesitate to use them. You will never regret it. Truly, you will not. If I could give them 10 stars I would, no lie.

David Torchin was highly recommended to me by another lawyer, as the best. He's a great combination of tough attorney, but caring family man. He sensed and understood my wish to save my marriage and left room for that possibility, while protecting me at the same time. Much appreciated.

I had a challenging experience working with David Torchin in the past, who was our court-appointed Parent Coordinator. Mr. Torchin was assigned to help my ex-wife and I resolve disputes regarding the upbringing of our two children. Unfortunately, he canceled our meetings on short notice multiple times and even double-booked our initial appointment, leaving us waiting in his in his waiting room for some time before informing us we needed to reschedule, as his other client took priority. During our sessions, I found Mr. Torchin to be unprofessional. He frequently resorted to personal insults and attempted to intimidate me when I disagreed with him. Rather than working towards a compromise, he often tried to impose his opinions and would often resort to bullying tactics. We then attended mediation with a different professional to help resolve some of these very same issues that Mr. Torchin was incapable of effectively addressing. The assigned mediator offered common-sense solutions that were "in the children's best interests." When confronted about his effectiveness in addressing our concerns, Mr. Torchin responded, "I never, in addressing the issue, imparted my opinion as to what was best for the children. Ultimately, when the parties could not agree, I left the decision to the discretion of the parent who had custody on that particular day." He also noted, "There is a difference in the style of mediation used by <Mediator Name>, which I do employ when retained as a mediator, and the style of mediation I use when retained as a Parent Coordinator". His main focus seemed to be on maximizing billing rather than providing the best solutions. I recall one instance where, after being informed that "David is on vacation overseas," I discovered that many of his clients, including myself, were billed for "Telephone/International Calls" line item charge on the next invoice — as if his substantial hourly fee wasn't enough. Given these experiences, it became clear that Mr. Torchin’s services as a Parent Coordinator were ineffective in facilitating resolutions that were truly in the best interests of our children. For those in need of a family law attorney or Parent Coordinator with a calm demeanor, I would advise looking beyond David Torchin. I hope Mr. Torchin will not respond to me with insults, but instead will use my feedback as an opportunity to improve his services for future clients, as it was intended. Overpriced totally! I am not sure whether Scott's performance during the arbitration mirrored his usual incompetence or if collusion with the adversary occurred. Unfortunately, their actions transformed a strong case into a complete defeat, leaving my wife accountable for the adversary's attorney fees. I strongly caution against engaging with this law firm. Be ware - he is not fighting for you, he is fighting to get more money out of anyone involved in the case.

Adam Lang is the best. He helped my business through a difficult time. 3 years later and Adam still reaches out to check in on occasion.

Mr Fernandes with Corporate Turnaround represented our company 4 years ago. One of the best deccisons we made. Coviod killed our . buisiness and cause debt we could not pay. Do no use this company Adam is a liar and a rip off took my money and did not Provide me with any service but still wants to get paid called them 20 time never got a call back from any of them and would not give me a full return on my money I should've read the reviews before using this company never again Tom past the buck to Alex and Alex past the buck to Adam and Adam said it out of his hands they are not honest people

Do not use this company. I was struggling with my daily payments for 2 cash advances I had for my business. I went to this company looking for help/guidance. They made it sound good. I was supposed to pay $250 a week to them, they made it like they were going to contact the cash advance companies right away and get my payments under control. They told me I only had to pay $250 to them(Corporate Turnaround) and they would handle the rest. About 3 weeks in I was still paying my daily payments to the cash advance companies and Corporate Turnaround tried to take the $250 payment from my bank over 10 times. I contacted them questioning when my daily payments would stop as I was expecting them to take care of everything for me, because that’s what they told me. I called them again and now they tell me I have to contact my bank to request a stop payment so that the daily payments would stop, which was an additional $39 fee for each one. They never told me this from the beginning they always said they were going to take care of everything. They kept telling me they needed more paperwork from me. It was 3 men who contacted me through this company and it seems like there is miscommunication. I did pay them a total of $500 and they absolutely did nothing for me. I requested my money back which they denied. Do not use this company they will take advantage of people who are in desperate need. You can actually call the cash advance companies yourself and explain your situation, most will try to work with you. One of the companies paused payments for me and switched me to a lower weekly payment. The other company was a bit more tough and didn’t want to pause the payments but they did do a lower weekly payment. So just try to do it yourself first before trying to use any money hungry company like I made the mistake of doing.

When searching for an attorney to represent me in my divorce I was looking for someone that I could trust but also someone kind. I knew nothing about the divorce process. Scott is not only trustworthy but he treated me with respect, kindness and patience throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor and extensive mediation background helped to minimize conflict which saved both parties time, unnecessary anxiety and money. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the law, he listened to understand me, he educated me and he communicated very well. I especially appreciate that he took time to understand my children and their specific needs – during several negotiations it proved to be very beneficial.
