We own a Jimmy John's store in Downtown Dayton OH. Due to delayed buildout issues and slower than projected sales growth after opening May 15, 2019, we took out several short-term MCAs and Term Loans. I have used Adam Lang from Corporate Turnaround twice now to help our business through some very tough times. The first time was during the economic recession in 2009, and then this time when President Trump shut down the economy for Covid in 2020. Each time Adam has gone above and beyond in negotiating new terms on our debt for many debtors that we have had with great success. These guys are frauds and scammers. Do not waste your time with them. They promise you the world, but can never deliver. Creditors still go for you. Judgments are still obtained against you. So, what do you pay them for? Just to ruin your name? They then take your hard earned money when you are already deep in debt and say that it is theirs for their fees. Fees for what? Perhaps a complaint to the State's attorney general and to the FTC would be appropriate. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. You will get deeper into debt. Rather negotiate directly with your creditors. You will be surprise at how much you can accomplish on your own.
