The staff was extremely professional and kept me up to date with the status of my case. In addition, the settlement I received greatly exceeded my expectations.

I went to this firm several years ago for a bankruptcy case. We had Mr. Nicely, we went through the case and what we wanted to protect, we attended the court hearing and all was "good", we had our court hearing in the summer and in December we needed a new vehicle when the dealership check on bankruptcy the law firm had not processed the discharge and closed case, we had to hound them to finalize paperwork and close the case almost 6 months later. We also paid the lawyer extra money to remove a lean.on our property, till this day I do not know if that lean was ever disputed and discharged. I called the law firm and was told our lawyer was no longer a part of the firm. I explained to them I need evidence that this was taken care of and wanted to know who was taking over his cases. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful in any way. I was given another # to contact when I called I was told "If it was taken care of you should have the paperwork its your responsibility".. I was shocked!!!! I was never given any paperwork for lean so who knows if this man left with our money and never took care of the matter. Now fast forward years I am in need of eveidence that this was taken care of. Let's see who answers the phone now when I call to fie status of our lean. Hoping the people in this firm are a little more polite and professional this time around.

Very good lawyer solved my case very quickly

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't put zero. My paralegal was switched in the middle of my case and I was never notified. I called and left various messages and never heard back until i received a notification that my case was being dropped. I am shocked at the utter incompetence from this firm and your negligence put my entire case in jeopardy. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know about the horrible service I received.

I live in Perth Amboy NJ and Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq were referred to me by another attorney because he no longer practiced family law. (This was about 3 months ago) I went on their website and filled out the form for a free consultation stating what services I needed. (I wish I got the woman's name) But a woman called me stating she was from the office and that the one of things I wanted to do (adopt an 18 yr old) was impossible, she said "you cannot adopt an adult" ... Well guess what? It's not impossible because we finalized it yesterday in court. And to change the name of the same 18 yr old that "we just go to the building that gives out birth certificates" (also not true, that had to be done thru the court as well). Not sure what kind of people are working here .... I assume not all bad, but whoever called me, either didn''t want my money or to bothered with a simple court filing... or maybe she is just a complete idiot.

Michelle is thee nicest , compassionate Lawyer I have ever had to help with my cases ! She has an ability to bring the best out of anyone with heracute ability and amazing way she puts things to make everyone around her o notice she is this smart , but what really makes Michelle that much better then any other lawyer ? The young Lady cares and always has your best intrest in everything she does in court on your behalf !!!!Thank You so much Michelle
