I walked into the law firm to schedule an appointment for immigration, divorce, domestic Violence.. and the reception took my information down and said she will call me back she need to see what lawyer will take me in. 2 days pass she never call me. I decided to call her to ask to see if someone can see me and she clearly stated her office don’t do those case . But cases like this , this office advertises....but then she said they were too busy to see me .. I was really upset she turned me away because I researched this law firm was one of the best.. I did get a call several weeks after from the law firm and I explained the situation and he was very upset . He called the office where I visited and the reception had quit . He did apologize to me and that was very unacceptable what has happened in his law firm . He did confirm she wasn’t working any longer she had quit several weeks ago he stated. I did see a sincere apology because in reality you can’t be in all places in one time however you can at times check on your staff to see how’s things are running. If I didn’t write this review it would of stood hush hush!
